I have recent purchased a 2004 Stilo TDi.
All seems to be working find except the sky window :/
I have not touched it since the snow started but before then no matter where I turn the dial to just the first flap opens upwards. None of the other panels slide back. The glass flap seems to open different amount each time and can be gently pushed open more. Turning the dial just makes it flap up and down to different hights. It seems very confused!!

I have tried pushing the dial in for 10 seconds but have not had any luck.

Please help!!

it probably needs a reset, but you can try manually opening the window by removing the panel, and using the provided key to wind the window back. This will help you diagnose if you have an electrical or mechanical issue. If you do get it open, open it fully, and give the runners, guides, fittings etc a good clean (beware and keep the interior covered!)

Can you hear any grinding noises or motor noises when trying to operate it?
