We have a Stilo sitting in the garden which we are breaking, it had a full tank and we have managed to syphon about a 1/4 of it out but now nothing is coming out. Any ideas?

Could be that because of the bend in the filler pipe, the hose you're using to syphon with is not getting to the bottom of the tank.

Only way to get it all out would be to remove the tank and pour it out, or use the car's electric fuel pump to pump it out. Unless you're competent at doing this, both methods could be dangerous.

i believe there is an anti syphon device.

as said, only way is to remove tank, use fuel pump, or remove fuel pump.

I had to do something similar with my old Mazda MX6. to get the fuel out, I used a syphon pipe, removed the fuel level thingy and did it that way.

curiously, the police drove up the street (we live in a cul de sac) and that NEVER happens, so I think the neighbours down the road spragged on me. the police didnt say anything, just drove off.

its very dangerous though, so personally id remove the tank and pour it into your containers..

We now have the back seats out and the fuel pump exposed, the question is how do we get into it? Does anyone know? We pulled a pipe off it and there is a tiny hole there, but not big enough to get the syphon hose in to.

There's a white locking ring around the top of the pump. Fiat have a special tool to unscrew the locking ring with, but it can probably be done with wide grips or a screwdriver.
