Yes the adjuster motors are small motor items that can be replaced held in with 2 phillip type screws and bit of pulling plastic leg out of headlamp socket..
left side more awkward will need wheel arch liner moved out of way on that side to get enough room up to headlamp you have to take dip beam plastic bulb cover off back headlamp to get at it if iremember you may be lucky like I have when mine was stuck I managed to get my hand on to motor give little jiggle and freed up..also it sticks still now and again but with pressing adjuster motor up and down few times releases so now each week I give it a few up and downs just to keep things free and working
There is long thread if you do search on alternative motors that can be used if fiat stilo type difficult to source.
