After 6 years of Stilo ownership, 95k miles, steady unstressful service, the Stilo has to go. We have left the UK and are setting up home in Germany. We still have Mrs Bean's Doblo which is now sporting a new set of German numberplates and although it is right hand drive, we will run it into the ground - it is just practical for our uses.
Anyway, Mrs Bean is German and has a job out here working for BASF hence the move. The Stilo has been good and as I have said in the past, far better than its reputation. The local Fiat dealer here in Landau is good, they sorted out the TUV - German MOT, all the paperwork and made the transition stressfree even though it wasn't easy. I've also seen new additions to the Fiat range - Chrysler really and the Lancia Delta looks better with Lancia grill on the front.The Americans just lack Italian design panache. Anyway, I will still visit the site, either Stilo or Doblo sections. If anyone Is interested in a well used but well cared for MW, you know where I am,
