Ok, Top hinge bolt has snapped, i cant just repklce the bolt because its sheared off in the threaded section of the hing pin.

I have a Replacement hinge to fit but i'm struggling.

Thee is one bolt heat goes through the hinge form the outside of the car to the inside- this is no problem,

The issue is the second bolt that runs from inside the car to the outside.

As far as i can see i'm going o have to remove the entire dashboard and inner fuse box to get to the bolt adnd remove it. I thikn o can just about see the head through the back of the inner fuse box, but its impossible to get to with everythin in situ. Has anyone actually changed a hinge themselves?


Any easier way to do it than ripping the dash out? Seems lik a hell of a job just to change a hinge.
