I bought a 2005 stilo in July of this year and it is constantly playing up, particularily the electrics and the dash display. It will constantly "Check" while all the warning lights are flashing on and off and makes a sizzling kind of sound..it always says check ok, but carries on doing it.....it drives me mad....the whole dash even goes completely black...something I can do without when on a motorway.......I suppose my question is...is it safe too with drive?..will the engine cut out doing 70mph?..........what a crap car the stilo is...the sooner I get rid the better...no wonder they don't make them anymore...absolute pain from the word go..............

The Stilo is a fine car - your problem can be fixed , i can repair your cluster for 60 pound + shipping costs but you will have to send it to the Netherlands....

super easy job and any from a scrapyard will fit (but will leave milage flashing)

only hel din by two allen keys and two screws and a 5min job to swap.....

funny how just a faulty sppedo unit makes the entire car crap .
