Does any one know wheres the relay that controls the entire AC unit? Or at least the relay that disables the blower directional engines (up front feet)?

Mine is doing that horrible cranking noise non stop (broken plastic gears). I know i will lose everything but I don't have the means to fix this problem right now.

Help would be much appreciated

stilo abarth btw.

Looking at the wiring diagram, there doesn't appear to be a single relay or fuse you can remove to stop the flap actuator motors without also interrupting something else.

Only way would be to remove the center tunnel side panel(s) and unplug the problem motor(s)

I'm sure theres a black relay in the engine bay fusebox that cuts off the aircon, at least for the manual one anyway. Not sure if it's different for the competerised air con but there's definately a relay on mine that disables the entire system.

I think thats just the fan/blower motor and possibly the compressor for the AC, not the direction flap actuators :(
