Hi guys, my wife was hit by a careless driver and got her touran totaled, so I bought a 1.6 stilo with skyroof this morning.

The sun blind works slowly and the skyroof starts to open and then starts clicking and doesn't move further, but I still manage to close it.

What could it be?

Also, what battery should I put in my stilo?

Might sound obvious but make sure there's nothing blocking getting stuck in it's way like loose roof lining or something, has the car been standing or not run for a while? The battery might well be runnning quite low, on another thread not too long ago a member posted that after opening/ closing there skyroof twice that it drained the battery :s

You should stick a battery in it from one of the JTD Stilo's, they pack a considerable punch, 75Ah should be sufficient

i think when it does that, clean the runners first as best you can. Do a search, you will find this issue somewhere with a solution, it could just be the electricals that need a clean
