Went to get two new tyres this morning to be told that one of my alloys has a big crack in it so i'm in desperate need of a replacement 17" blade alloy has any one got a spare in a shed some where they would be willing to sell me. preferably some where close to southampton if poss? don't need the centre or tyre just the alloy wheel.

think i may have found one at a breakers for 35 quid

Worth doing a search on wheel repairers, a cracked wheel might not be the end of its life.

might do that in the long term so that i've got a spare wheel but i haven't got time to search around for that at the moment. not sure i would trust a welded wheel but will look into it when i get time.

if any one else is in need of a spare 17" blade alloy the place i got it from is in derby called motorhog if you go on their website and search in the wheels section they had two stilo blade alloys. 35 quid plus 12 postage.

alloy arrived this morning took car to get two front tyres this afternoon. only placed the order yesterday great service from motorhog in derby.


next on my list of jobs is get stilo fixed after some complete bastard drove into it while parked outside my flat but didn't leave a note to tell me.

damage assessed this morning and should hopefully be going in in the next couple of days for new front bumper headlight and wing. lucky my excess is only 160.

then i might treat it to some new shocks.
