After searching the forum I've decided to come here to ask about it. In the mornings or if I've left the car for a few hours it takes about 5 - 10 seconds to start and after its started for about 3 minutes the car is very sluggish it has no power epically when I reverse it'll either jump back and then fly back or jump back and cut out. I'm thinking its an alternator problem but I've had the car since June 1st and it's happening since then really so has anyone got any ideas? Is it something draining my battery? Thanks

starting problem sounds like the rev pick up sensor on the flywheel, very easy to adjust and cure. just look down to the front side of the car and you will see a sensor on the front pulley, pop a feeler guage in and see if it has lots of play? undo the 10mm nut and make feeler guage tight at about 1mm. spray sensor with brake cleaner and try to start car.mine had the same sort of problem as yours and this cured it a treat. if my explanation isn't very precise there is a guide on the forum with pictures.
