Does anyone know the arrangement of the drainage holes at each end of the plenum chamber underneath the front windscreen? Mainly I would like to know if they get easily blocked or not, and how to access them if they need to be cleaned out.

I think mines blocked too everytime i drive away i leave huge trail of water i think it channels out behind the drivers side wheel arch and it is completely clogged up with muck.

You can easily clean them; just remove the plastic around (above) wheel(s) and look for
"square" shape hole.
Also you may look at:

where I described how to do it with photos. Hope you will understand a bit of croatian.

...i suggest to do it every year if car is often under the trees... :)

Fairly sure that in UK models, those drainage outlets are stuffed with a foam sponge in a plastic bag. Yes I did mean to say that and I'm not loosing my marbles. It's done to eliminate wind noise through the body shell...

I don't beleive that sponge is ment to be in the hole as it would surely block trash. When doing this job (cleaning) I did not notice any sponge-like material in holes. There was only trash collected from trees and other stuff.
And also I've cleaned them with my finger and a piece of soft wire, and pouring water to see if it is getting clean.
So sorry if my reply made any kind of doubt to you: maybe stilos in here aren't the same as in UK ??

The foam filled bags should be under the wings between the top of the wing and the "A" post. They're there to stop wind noise from the gaps at the top of the wings. You can see them if you take the wheel arch liners off.

Can anybody tell if there should be a drain at both sides of the car? I can see one at the RH side and it empties completely when I do a LH turn (you can hear the water running and I leave a trail from the RH side of the car). BTW, my car is a European one (driver's side on the left). But I suppose there should be one on the left also, just to prevent standing water which is never good.
