Just wondering I want to get a diagnostic scanner for my new Stilo its an 02 1.6 16v model. My dad got a diagnostic scanner for his car he has an 02 Peugeot 307 the scanner he got is an ELM 327 so I was wondering would I be able to connect it to my car if I downloaded the software? Thank you

ELM327 is just the interface and cable to connect the car to your laptop.

Not if you downloaded the Peugeot software, but with Fiat software, yes.

Nah my dad has the ELM and he got the Peugeot software with it but what I was saying was if I downloaded the Fiat Software would it work.
I downloaded FES last night gonna try it today and see how I get on!
