Well, I am now on my second diesel Stilo Multiwagon as a careless young woman driver roared out of a side road and kerasshed into our beloved beast of burden!(n)

But we have just bought a very late 2006 Dynamic Multiwagon diesel with the later grille, alloys seats etc.

It's white, not my favourite colour, but it does have an impeccable service history with cruise control and well cared for generally so should make a good replacement.

Just wondering when Stilos were terminated in 2006?

Assume you bought the 56 plate one on Autotrader with 90K on the clock?

The last of the 120 Bhp Multijet Stilo Multiwagons were sold on a 07 Plate along with 3dr Multijet and 1.4 Petrol versions. Think the 5dr hatch tailed off late 2006.

But not many Stilo's which ever version, you see on a 06, 56, 07 plate.

Lots on a 05 or 55 plate.

The change to interior, wheels and grill happened from December 2005 build dates.

Hi, mine is a 56 plate registered Feb 07..don't think there were too many more after this date. Mine was classed as a 'special edition' which someone has told me they did to the final few Stilos to help get rid of them. Don't see many around at this age, so am assuming they didn't sell too well lol..

so what extra goodies did they put on it?:D

Ours is registered September 2006 and goes like smit off a hot shovel, or as much as a cooking diesel estate can!

I like the white dials and seats are comfy!

hahaha I will put pics on soon..just waiting for my lowering springs :D as soon as they're on I will let you see! It looks like its on stilts at the moment..

Mine is a 1.4 petrol 6 speed, but they added a bit of a body kit, facelift grill, white dials, blue tooth kit, and think it has the trial Bravo electrics so its a bit more reliable. Its quite nippy for what it is..it will be my toy for the next couple of years anyway lol.

Have ordered my fiatforum stickers so if you see me out and about give me a wave!! :)

Stilos are such good cars for silly money, we got a pay out of £1750.00 from the other drivers insurance for our 2002 Active which had been a Fiat demonstrator, so got alloys and Abarth sat nav and phone.:D

So effectively, we paid £950.00 for the new car(y)

And it's a honey!

Friend is buying a 1.6 Dynamic, 2003 5door today, few electrical gremlins that we're going to sort including airbag light, but full service history and 75k on the clock - £750!

Bargain - and we've already got the CC stalk to fit to it this afternoon :p

It was the 2004 facelift (updated rear end on the 5-door hatch) that the electronics were updated on.

I think they were modified again on the last lot of Stilo's, using some kit that made its way onto the Bravo. Would make sence, a real-life test mule to test the electrics, seen as the Bravo was developed in such a short period of time using computer design/development.

The Bravo electrics are very reliable - i can't imagine Fiat could pull that off without some kind of prior testing (such as on the outgoing Stilo's).

Last lot were only a minor styling change I believe, electrics were mainly 2004>. I know this is the case for the 5 door, and assume the 3 door also, although the 3 door never really got any styling changes in 2004.

Well, I have just bought an 06 Stilo JTD Multiwagon, grigio oriono as the white one had developed a number of faults, and when the clutch failed it was cheaper to get rid and buy another with none of the faults. Hoping this car will last and last. Going for a service with premium oil soon.:)

I bought my stilo Multiwagon dynamic 1.9 jtd in 2004,a demonstrator from a loca lFiat Garage. It was my friend for 125,000 miles and never let me down, but I knew we would have to part in the not too distant future......but then,in november 2016,I saw an advert for a 2007(march) Stilo M/W dynamic 1.9 jtd,68,000 miles,150 miles away.So ,of course,I went to look,It was fantastic, inside and out,and I bought it. I think this must be one of the last. I'm so lucky!!!
