I need to drive over to get a new coil for the Stilo,

Will driving it the 10 miles i need to do only on 3 coils damage the engine?

Take some tools with you, change it when you get there, that way you've only driven 5 miles.

I drove for 2 weeks with a misfire lol

The ecu automaticly cuts the fuel supply to the misfiring cylinder to prevent any damage. But with the amount of vibrations it causes any long term use under those conditions would surely wear other parts quicker like your engine/gearbox mounts? But 10 miles is fine and they are one of the easiest things to change on the car
