Dash multifunction info display
Anyone had their's go totally blank, still back lit but blank ? Whats likely to be the problem? No mileage displayed, or temp,or date etc. I dont own this Croma, I went to look and walked away as it also had an oil leak, scratched bumper, drivers door not locking/opening with central locking, no service history and missing rear middle head rest. I might go back if its unsold and make a daft offer but I dont want to do it without knowing more about these dash displays. Is it an easy fix? Other warning lights all working OK. Thx David

did you try pulling the fuse(s) feeding the instrument cluster?
This resets the microprocessor controlling the display and sometimes cures this fault.....

Thx, no I did'nt. I figured as it was back lit it, i.e on, then must be a faulty LCD panel, but Fiat say they are not available seperatly, you have to buy the whole dash assembly @ £380 complete with dials and LCD panel. I am glad I walked away as their were too many other things wrong with the car.
