whats the crack with this guys, i have a 1.8 2002 dynamic with tape deck... will this fit into mine plug for plug? also whats the difference between this and the ones with larger screens??? dvd capability??

It will need some extra wiring, a GPS/GSM aerial, the correct mounting cradle and a microphone to replace the standard Stilo radio.

Also, the one in your link is a basic CN, not the usual CN+. It doesn't show map info for navigation, just red direction arrows.

ok guys. so need some help here, ive bought a connect nav+ unit XD so would like to know what i will need to fit it. i understand there is a long thread but its confusing me.

also are they fiat only parts i need or online universal ones?

haha sorry been battering through it and i get the idea.

need the cradle and antena and mic and to stop flashing a 4sec timer.

i just hope i can find somewhere cheaper than fiat for the above parts

You don't need the 4 second timer. That was to stop the mileage flashing because of the extra NODE. The Proxy Alignment procedure will solve that problem now.

proxy alignment is ALOT more than a timer though isnt it? sorry im a poor student hahaha

Proxy Alignment can be done with the registered version of FiatECUScan.

If you don't already have FES, someone living close to you who does, may do it for you.

where in cumbria are you Clock? i'm heading to newcastle on the 6th (got full FES so can meet you at carlisle to do it if it's installed in time)
