evening fella's

Can anyone please tell me how to spot the difference between the genuine and fake arbarth sideskirts? or other stilo ones?

do they look the same when fitted? or is there a noticeable difference?

my story -

purchased a set (arbarth ones i believe) from accesoryplus.co.uk in dec 2010 ( i know!) xmas sale reduced from 300 odd down to £75 ..still boxed until today - i called a few places asking for a quote - spraying and getting them fitted - however, everyone kept asking if they were genuine or aftermarket? im pretty positive the website stated genuine fiat accessory but unfortunately they are no longer listed .Spoke to a manager from the place briefly, he was confident and under the impression that all goods were genuine.Hence my initial questions, so i got the box upstairs is there anything in particular to look out for? sorry for noob like questions:bang:

Help(y)

each skirt, if genuine, SHOULD have a logo that resembles the old Lancia logo on them. (It's the Alfa/Fiat/Lancia 'group' logo that is on 99% of genuine parts) usually slightly raised and was part of the original mould for the body panel. probably accompanied by a part number and iirc a manufacture date (but dont quote me on the date thing)

will look something like this

Thanks guys

After further inspection noticed The box has a couple of stickers labelled fiat and lineaccesori on them another sticker with part number and few other details like dates and stuff ie part no...plus each skirt has fiat logo inprinted/engraved on them..not sure about the lancia logo richy?

right, well ive been calling round for quotes and keep getting told to bring the vehicle in so they can decide how much it cost after knowing how much work is involved - i have been asked whether the skirts need to be drilled or bonded ..what you do all suggest??
how much should i be looking to pay? is it cheaper to do it separate?spraying and fitting at different places? Thanks
