| :) | Re: Remap/Chip for Stilo 1.6 16V If the alfa uses the same ECU as the stilo 1.6 that will be why it costs so much for so little. Lots of threads on here about remapping (and lack of) the 1.6.

| Re: Remap/Chip for Stilo 1.6 16V its true, alfa already gets most out of its engines, perhaps with 2.4 from fiat which does not really produce a whole lot of bhp considering the high volume, you could get some more but you will still get a small amout of bhp. And itll cost you to have it done properly. With a turbo its much easier, though you need to be more careful with warming up the engine, pehaps getting a turbo timer etc.. the point i was trying to make is that with a turbo you get the extra pressurized air to balance the fuel but with NA you very quickly reach the limit... you cant just reprogramme it and voila.
