1) how do I reset the service coupon on the dash?
2) Is the wiring already in place to plug in the optional sat nav/ radio ?
3) is the wire in place for the optional subwoofer?
4) How do I tell what BHP model I have? it's a 1.9JTD 3 door dynamic

Thanks

1) Unless you have access to FES (FIAT Ecu Scan) resetting the service coupon warning is a dealer-only job.

2) Possible, depends on the model.

3) Unlikely, as I believe the subwoofer was only fitted to a special edition model.

4) Sorry don't know. I presume it's not included in the registration doc?

I'm sure Davren will be along soon with the answers...

2) The power supply, speakers and CAN wiring is the same as for the standard radio, so it is there. The microphone wiring (for the telephone and voice control of the CN+) may be there. The extra aerial lead required for GPS and GSM will not be there.

There's a guide to retro fitting a CN+ here:

https://www.fiatforum.com/stilo-guides/70692-connect-nav-installation.html

However, things have changed since the guide was posted. It's no longer as complicated or expensive as suggested.

3) The subwoofer and amplifier was an option on all models. The speaker wiring is completely different so won't be there. I'm not sure whether the amplifier power supply and control wiring will be there.

4) Probably a 115bhp, but if you want to PM me your VIN, I'll check.

I'm not 100% sure but I have the CN+ and the factory fitted sub in out Stilo. As far as I can tell when you purchase the uprated system that includes the sub you also get an uprated amp built into the sub. It seems to power all the speakers judging by the wiring on the rear of the sub.

Yes... without the sub and amplifier, the speaker wiring goes direct from the radio to the speakers. With the sub and amplifier, it goes from the radio to the amplifier, then from the amplifier to the speakers.

The amplifier also needs a power supply and earth, and a control wire from the radio. I don't know whether they are fitted in all cars, or only those with the sub option.

Thanks for the replies,

This is a great little run about, impressed by it so far
