Just out of curiosity; how much can the multijet be (safely) remapped to?
Do you know how much the clutch and driveshaft can handle?
I have ordered one of these and was thinking of perhaps getting it remapped (when i eventually get it in 8-10 weeks ).

Re: Modifying Stilo JTD

hi santa
i openned another thread regarding what needs to change to get more than 155 bhp.

it seems that 155bhp is safe and nothing needs upgrading.
but 155+ there's different opinions from 2 remap tuning companies i asked

Should make 190-200bhp quite safely & easily.

Re: Modifying Stilo JTD

I read your thread, but aren't you talking about the 115bhp version of the "old" jtd engine.
I am interested in what i can get out out of the "new" multijet engine (140bhp version).

We have it in Denmark.
On the hand, they have removed the 115bhp and 80bhp jtd's from the list.
So we now have a choice between the 140bhp multijet and the 100bhp jtd.

I wonder why you can't buy the multijet in the uk?!?

Re: Modifying Stilo JTD

I would've thought they'd be about the same. I think 400nm is a bit on the optimistic side but you never know.

Re: Modifying Stilo JTD

I've also got the 140 bhp multijet though they havn't dropped the 115bhp one though.
I'd also like to know how much you can get out of the multijet engine without changing anything (just with a remap)

Re: Modifying Stilo JTD

We are stopping about the 180 mark due to manifold restrictions. The 147's are well into the sub 8 seconds 0-60 with that :-)
