1.6 16v tuning HELP!

Does anyone know if there's anything available for a 2003 1.6 Stilo? I've booked it in for an exhaust but I'm struggling to find an induction kit for it at a reasonable price. All my local shops have quoted me around £120 but there must be some cheaper out there?! Does anyone know if there's a chip available for it? Has anyone had one fitted? I presume I'm right in saying that cams aren't available for it yet?
Cheers,
Danny.

I heard somewhere that when you change the filter you need to change the exuast too, to get the max performance. Is that true? And when you change the filter isn't it very stuffed near the engine? They say that when it is very close to the engine it takes in too much heat which is no good.
Thanx!

You would get better results if you changed both the filter and exhaust. You can increase the airflow in, but if the gas flow out isn't increased to accomodate...

It works the other way around too, i.e. new (performance) exhaust = increased gas flow out, but if air intake isn't increased too...
