Hi

Had a my Stilo a few weeks, it's a 3 door 19.JTD.

My drivers side brake light keeps blowing, any idea what it may be? the contacts look clean etc.

I have read about the brake light switch, but its just the one bulb blowing

Thanks

I know this is an old thread but did you sort out the problem? I'm having the same issue. can anyone help? How do you check if it is grounded properly?

Hi again mate,

What I would personally do is to remove both clusters, take them inside, get some fine sandpaper and clean the connection to ALL the bulbs, change ALL the bulbs, put back on the car.

Still blowing?

Check the below thread on a nice forum member that was so kind as to make pictures on exactly which wire to check for poor earth.

My money is on a poor connection between the bulb and the cluster, not earth.

Relax, you have a great car, all these things are minor fixes and can happen to any car on the road.

Cheers.
