Can anyone help with this.
I am looking for the radiator bleed keys on the Stilo. I've found a plastic one near the top on the passenger side but no others and from what I've read there is normally 2.
I've found a bolt in one of the feeder pipes also, but I'm worried there's another one on the radiator somewhere.
Thanks

There could be up to 4 bleed points on the JTD engine. Viewed from the front of the car, they are:
  1. Heater pipe at the back right of the engine
  2. Right hand top of the radiator.
  3. Steel pipe across the front of the engine.
  4. Aluminium pipe across the front of the engine. (This one may not be there).

Thanks Davren, I found them all.
Slight problem though, the one at the back of the engine sheared off when i was trying to loosen it, so half the plastic screw is stuck in. I've since wrapped it up and sealed it, but any ideas for a long term fix?
Cheers

The one at the back of the engine is for the heater. Only way to fix it permanently would be to dig or drill the broken screw out and fit a new one. Whichever way you get the old broken part out, you need to avoid letting bits of plastic drop into the pipe.
