Engine Coolant Reserve feed pipe

I was happily driving my 1.2 Fiat Stilo yesterday when I got an Engine Coolant error on my Dash. The normal Stop Engine error appeared so I pulled in at the side of the road and opened the bonnet up and low and behold the engine coolant reserve feed pipe(the half inch one at the top) had been completely severed from the radiator and the engine coolant was everywhere.I tried to tape the pipe up and filled the engine coolant resevoir with water but as soon as I turned the engine on the water flowed out of the hole in the Rad.
Is it poosible to get a new pipe installed or will I need a new Rad ?
Thanks Guys
