Help Please

hey guys can someone help me,
got in the car this morning, started the engine and couldnt get it into gear, but stoped the engine and i can select every gear please help

try poping your clutch up and down that can help also if its reverse i have the same problems if the clutch trick does not help put it in first then try to put it into reverse, welcome to the world of your stilo not allways going into gear first time, mines been a bit stiff since i got it, you just get used to it to be honest.
