| Free dentistry available | Eibach Shock kit I have my stilo abarth lowered by 35mm on a set of Eibach pro springs and I was wondering if i could lower it anymore with the springs i already have. I was looking at the Eibach pro-damper kit on some site. Would a set of these allow me to adjust the height so that its lower at the back than it is now to allow the wheel to fit the arch better ? I would prefer to be able to keep my springs that i have now so i just need some way of being able to adjust it so it will drop the back end by another 20mm and maybe another 5-10mm on the front.. Thanks for your time, Mark.

Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: (0) | Re: Eibach Shock kit The only way to adjust ride height without changing the springs (assuming you wouldn't be daft enough to chop/compress them), is to have adjustable shocks (coilovers), as Stu says, I did think they were available for the Stilo though Just load the boot up with bricks

| Re: Eibach Shock kit Just wonderin', if you lower the Stilo do you have to remove that little black platic lip that's under the front bumper??? Mine already touches all over the place and my Stilo hasn't been lowered at all!! Now that we're on the subject, what the hell is it for anyway??

| Free dentistry available | Re: Eibach Shock kit yep tried there, thanx anyway stu. I think i will go and speak to my local tuning shop tomorrow, its all a bit confusing to me. from what has been said i think i need to have it in laymans terms.. lol. Here's what i can gather then... The coilover kit would mean i keep my eibach springs or would they cause a problem and i i would need to revert back to my originals ? And as long as its adjustable i can lower it with those ? OMG...

| Free dentistry available | Re: Eibach Shock kit novitec do a set of coilovers for 919 EUR so i would imagine about £550-600 http://shophost.net/shop_n/catalog/p...e9678a887df214 Seams a shame i would have to scrap my Eibach springs as they are so good.

| Italian Stallion | why would you want to go any lower than the 35mm standard Eibach drop? You'd have to go slowly over speed bumbs, watch kerbs when parking or opening doors, oooh, sends shivers down my spine just thinking about it!
