Anyone know how you are suposed to get this metal ring fitting off ? See photo. There is a threaded rod & it also feels like a nut/bolt fitting on top, but u cant get access to it from either under the bonnet, or under the car. Does your turbo to exhaust manifold ring have the tightening fitting on the inaccessable topside ?

I've never taken one off but eLEARN says for both 8v and 16v engines, you need to take the turbo off complete with the exhaust manifold.

Thx Davren, thats v/interesting - a tunning company could'nt Innotec clean my turbo as they could'nt get this ring off, now I know why, so according to that, then u can't Innotec clean a stilo JTD's turbo without removing the turbo, which defets the object, becuase if u take it off, u might as well get it striped down and re-conned.
