Can someone please help in naming a part for me before I try to find one for my multiwagon 1.9jtd 53 plate.

I will try and describe it best I can hope it makes sense .it looks like a black rectangle box that splits the diesel fuel with 4 pipe connectors and held to back of engine with 2 bolts just above the engine fuel pump ,one hose goes to top of diesel fuel filter, one feed to injectors ,one to fuel pump and another hose back to fuel tank, the hose connector that feeds back to top of fuel filter points upwards mine has nearly snapped off and trying a temporary repair with epoxy resin to hold it in place, but could do with the proper name of the black plastic box before I go hunting one down, if anyone has idea of what price I be looking at that be good also.

I've never known of a specific name for it. The Fiat parts catalogue calls it a "Ducting" but I would think it's more like a fuel accumulator or return manifold.

There are 3 different types depending on engine and year but if yours looks very similar to item 5 in this diagram then it will be your one, the other 2 are very different. Part number is 55219218, price from Fiat is about £42.

Thanks Davren yes I think it is the Fuel return Manifold .
The diagram is the same shape as mine but on mine the hose from my diesel pump is connected to the bottom connector spigot on the diagram it shows it connecting above where mine fits ..would that cause problems or is it just a printing error..

The diagrams in ePER are never very accurate, they're only a rough idea to identify which part to look for.

As I said, if the diagram above looks like yours then it is it, the other 2 options are completely different. Here's diagrams of them anyway.

yes see what you mean rectangle is mine for sure , suppose it not realy matter on the hoses as the fuel would find its way baxk to the tank or fuel filter either of the ways..much thanks for your time

How could FIAT make it plastic :bang: ?

I have a similar part gone on my Fiat Doblo 2003 JTD 1.9, and can`t get the part anywhere. Ordered something similar from Fiat last week and they sent a door handle to the garage in a box with PIPE written on it.

picture is attached.

The plastic pipe on right hand side is missing/broken off.

I don`t know what they call this part, I think it is 55219218

Anyone know where I can get this part from please, I live in Scotland /UK?
