Help With Some Little Simple But Effective Stilo Mods?

I can take off the rear wiper but i need a grommet to fill in the hole. Any idea where i can get the right one and which is best?

On my inside drivers side door where the door handle is there is a little circle of plastic missing under the handle, it's been bugging me and i need to get a new one, anyone have one spare or know where i can get one?

I have my new strut brace ready to go but id like it to be bright blue. Any ideas of what paint to use as im quite clueless with paint? It's already been sprayed black so primer isnt really needed just the blue paint.

Also is fitting metal schumi pedals a good idea? will my feet slip? or do they have rubber strips on them? And where can i get some?

Finally, lighting up the footwells. What lights and wiring do i need to do this? And has anyone got a guide?

Thanks alot for all help.

Loads of sites online for grommets..but try places like halfords first..
Plastic door infills that cover screws etc can be got from fiat and likely to be fiat specific for that car..
Can use hammerite smooth to spray the brace..its what I used when I built my own brace for my old stilo..
Metal pedal covers should have rubber inserts if they haven't dont buy them..
Lighting up the foot wells is a bad idea ..you shouldn't be playing with matches while driving..

Any idea what size grommet i need? I cant seem to find it anywhere.

How do i get one? Never contacted fiat before :/

I kinda wan't it a non dull colour like a bright bright blue or white? I'd then get the GSR induction colour to match it then.

halfords do a set of 4 or 5 gromits for £2
get that n use the one that fits best.

find out where ur nearest fiat dealer is, na either go in, or call them and ask for parts, then tell them what you need, or go rob one from a scrappy..

What do you think about flourescent white then a white induction? Reckon that would look any good?

No worries about the paint haha.

Also coyle, how did you go about taking the badge off the back of your stilo? Did yours have the little holes behind it like mine?

Re: Help With Some Little Simple But Effective Stilo Mods?

Schui pedals have rubber grips on them. They're the same as fitted to many of the new Bravo's I believe though I couldn't find them on eBay just looking there. I paid about £30 for mine, think dealer was £40 last time I checked.

They bolt on, so you do need to drill holes but they're not as big as the holes you'd need to drill for say Sparco one's for example (had issues with a set before hand ). Just make sure they're 5cm apart when fitting as that's the legal spacing for pedals if memory serves, though not sure how reliable MOT people would be in terms of checking that kind of thing. How mine look for reference...

That missing part in the door handle, you could always maybe get one of those from a scrapyard as well
