wiring 2 amps together

how would i wire 2 amps together i know how to wire i amp and sub in to car but wanted 2 amps not sure at all about how to go about wiring it up

the amps i have looked at have a preout, you wire another of the red 'n' white ended wires to your next amp (i believe)

Are you bridging the amps, or do you just want to run a sub off each, i.e. the head unit effectively feeds two amps?

It would help enormously if we knew what your system consists of; what you are trying to do; and the make/model of the components.

Depending on the type of amp you have, there are various set ups for multi speaker systems. Here is an example, Page 7 & especially Page 9. (I only used this link as an example, as the pictures are easy to follow.)

looking to get 2x splx 800w or maybe smaller amps and 2x 12" pioneer 600w vccs subs and maybe 2x 6x9 not sure which ones what is your thought on the amps and subs what are splx amps like

do not know alot about it im afraid this is only my second install kno the standard stuff but nothing about bridging crossovers and wnated to change fronts from standard stilo ones but a bit scared looks a bit difficult please please please help wioth any info thanks
