(T) getting a 2nd Abarth :-)

hopefully getting my 2nd abarth this weekend will be a 3rd. Although i dont think it has any Service History which is worrying Do you think its still worth looking at / going for or stay away?

They werent sure if the cambelt had been changed or not (its done 56k) - when are they due for change??

but what else should i look out for?

the last one i nievly bought without service history and ive had a few probs with.. (airbag fault) and had to get a full service and cambelt change done (jsut to be sure) and a few issues with drive shaft (get vibration when applying accelaration when driving) and fan motors sticking etc. just dont want the same to happen again!

picked up my 2nd abarth tonight.. must say i really do like the 3dr !!!!

quick question tho.. i noticed that the fan speed when on max (and recycle) wasnt all that powerful is there any simple things i can check as to why that is?

should pollen filter be changed on minor or major change or both?

just thinking if it was on recycle air would it still go through the pollen filter?

Concepts of minor/major services are quite irrelevant. The only thing that matters is what a garage is definitely going to change.

Pollen filter change is cheap and not that difficult to do but is something which is very often overlooked in a service - hence the suggestion.
