New Key for stilo

Hi Folks

This is my first post so any help appreciated. This may be a premature panic, but my girlfriend seems to have lost of of the stilo keys. And I aint talking about the shabby second one, oh no. She's lost the one that remotely unlocks the car etc.

Gonna keep looking for it as it must be in the flat somewhere (I presume). anyhow, does anyone know how much a replacement would be. I'm presume it'll be far from cheap.

Cheers

jon

Look on here:

Item 4, possibly, although not sure which one, lol - click on each one to bring up a popup with a price, although may be slightly out of date.

Re: New Key for stilo

I've only got one key for my stilo .... enquired about a replacement ... should cost anywhere from Ģ80 to Ģ100 so not cheap .... I managed with one Key to my cinquecento for 4 years so I'm going to try to do the same with this one!
Do you only get one remote key with a new stilo?

Re: New Key for stilo

I got two identical remote keys with mine. One stopped working after six months and when I took it back they said the needed the code...which they didn't gave me in the first place.
I just hoping that if (when) the other one knacks, I'll be able to use the key manually without problems.

Re: New Key for stilo

Lol, at least I didn't put bionical

Electronical is still a word, though - even though in this context I should have used electronic!

Re: New Key for stilo

I only got one remote & one normal key same when I got two new Puntos. I think you get two remotes when you have an alarm.

Re: New Key for stilo

Like HornetUK I only got one remote and one normal key with my Active 1.4. I am more concerned about the code card - should I have been given one with my car? I know the user manual that came with the car said I should have one, however the Service Manager of my local Fiat Garage (Cleveland Cars) told me that this no longer applies - which is right?

Re: New Key for stilo

Fiat now hang onto the codes themselves, unless you specifically request it. Apparently insurance companies have insisted on this.
