(G) Club Stilo.........................

This is my response to a recent enquiry about Club Stilo stickers!

People don't realise how much it costs to mess around with stickers, I had 100 made @ £32.00 then add to that 28p to post each one out and if you stick some on ebay like I have it cost you 7p to sell each one, and then there's the hassle involved for you to do all of this and what do you get in return ? An empty wallet!

The most annoying thing was that people asked us (myself and John) to get some Club Stilo merchandise made but then no one came forward when we tried to sell some, the same way lots of people wanted Club Stilo to start but still haven't joined eight months on!

I know exactyly how you feel. Very same happened with BOO. Everyone wanted stickers. I had some made up out of my own pocket expecting them to go like hotcakes. As soon as I asked for money the place was empty!

The ones I did sell where at a steady income of £2 per month :-(

I'm now in a position where people are asking for them again (taking 12 months to sell the others) and unsure what to do. I want our club to progress but dont want to do it out of my own pocket.

Where did you get yours done at that price tho and what are they like (link doesnt work). Ours where the web address in indivdual lettering 18" across and cost a hell of a lot more than that!

I did download the Club Stilo application form, even printed it out, after I got a nice welcome to the world of Stilo from John Purplemonday!!

You still want my 5-door London cab to join, lol. I am happy to, plus may have a space for the odd sticker on the rear?? You gotta support the clubs, after all

I can't remember it was eight months ago and I didn't save the web-site in my favourites........derrr!!!!!!

When John gets back off holiday I'll ask him he'll remember, he's got a memory like an elephant and he can drink like one too!

just an idea about the stickers. maybe it should be done with a pre-order/pledge to having one.
I'm just as bad for not registering the stilo or brava yet, other things happening where its accidently forgotten to be done

heard it all a million times before!

well i just got my car this week, and I have ordered a set of stickers, I may join the club next

TC, £25 cheque and application form now filled in, will be put into a box sometime tomorrow morning, so you should get it by next week
