| fiat stilo 2.4 20v engine and gear box hi there ive just went to the hospital when my stilo went bang and now the engine is completeley ****ed can anyone tell me were i can get a replacement angine for my car preferbley a used one cheers

| 5 pots rule!!  | Re: fiat stilo 2.4 20v engine and gear box errr, not many scrapped stilo's around even less 2.4's, would be cheaper to buy a new 2.4 mate tbh. retail for a short engine is £4500 and gearbox aint much cheaper, so used ones would be the price of a second hand 2.4. best bet would be ebay and trawl the local scrappies, but not much chance. sorry dude

| popping out  | Re: fiat stilo 2.4 20v engine and gear box what exactly happened to it? isn't it possible to get it refurbished or is it a total loss? like red said you'll struggle to find one in a scrappy, I could only find 1 3 door Stilo in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area when I was looking for something.
