I am trying to install a multi changer to mt Stilo Abarth, fitted with the connect Nav+ system. It has been a nightmare to say the least. The fiat Blaupunkt IDC-A09 unit is expesive. The best price I have had is £300 (if anyone can tell me different I would be pleased to hear from you).

The after market IDC-A09, according to Blaupunkt will not work in the Fiat as the software is different.
So if any one out there can recommend a system to me I would be greatful.

These (IDC-A09) are often available on eBay but you must get the Fiat version of it which is Blaupunkt part number 7607769150. There are several for sale on eBay now but you need to ckeck which version they are.

150 at the end indicates it's the Fiat version whereas 7607769100 is the Blaupunkt generic version and 7607769050 is for Peugeot/Citroen. There's also a 7607769107 but I don't know what that one's for.

You also need the special connecting cable to connect it to the CN+. I have a copy of the instalation instructions and user manual I can e-mail you if you want them.

Thanks again.

Hi guys,
I would really appreciate some advice with the blaupunkt cd changer in my recently bought 2003 stilo dynamic.
I can't get it to work, i can select cd on the main radio but all i get then is CDC1 --- or CDC3 ---
Also when i insert a cd i can't eject it, it has to be removed with tweezers.

Does this sound like the cd changer is knackerered?
Or is it a code that is needed?

Cheers guys,

Woody

Thank you Davren,
I will have a look, is the cd changer usually knackered if it starts getting cds stuck?

Cheers,
Woody
