Don’t know if this applies but costs nothing.
Had a similar problem with one rear door the central locking still worked but the door wouldn’t open, turned out to be the deadlock system was jammed.
Put the key in the nearside front door and try left, left, right. If not try right, right, left it worked for me, apparently it resets the deadlock.
Good luck

...... you need to sit in the car, lock with remote key fob, pull passenger (inside) door handle, then lock with remote again. Repeat this until the fob stops responding, then stick key in ignition start car, stop car, remove key and repeat the process until the door finally opens. After this point do NOT double click the fob lock (i.e. deadlock) or your back at square one.
You could try unlocking the car and then disconnecting the battery - then reconnecting after 10mins and see if the car will lock/unlock to your satisfaction.(
... but the underlying fault is a failed latch?
It can be replaced by Fiat garage, but make sure you can get the door open before you book it in or they'll charge you for a new door card as they'll force it off to get into the latch through the door.
Hi, I didn't want to start a new thread...so I will revive this one.
My passenger door wont unlock with fob or the button in the car but it will with the key physically in the lock. All other doors open with fob & internal button and also with key in both front doors...strange problem but any thoughts?
Cheers,
