(G) Parking sensor failure, air bag failure AND speeding ticket :(

My Abarth has been coming up with parking sensor failure and air bag failure for about a week now, how do i get rid if them? my friends are getting paranoid of being in my car!

Also i got my first speeding ticket last week must be the boy racer looking car but anyways im pretty sure i didn't see a police van or car where i was supposedly caught and they did not send me any photographic evidence. It was a manned camera and not a GATSO. Is there any way i can get out of this? they have sent me no evidence, im sure it was an unmarked police car which is entrapment( i think as cameras have to be visible) and as it was manned should i request proof of calibration for that day?

Request evidence to ensure it's your car first is all I can suggest on the ticket.

Ask for proof, then say you cant tell who was driving. Just stick to your guns on it and admit to nothing. Worked for me 3 years ago. Unless there is a clear photo of you driving they can't proove nowt!

Forgot to say, get the orange connectors under the seats soldered up that will cure the airbag, parking sensor I am unsure of but if worst comes to worst remove the fuse and dont bother with them!

as long as there are speed camera signs then it doesn't have to be a marked car/van from what I can remember.

They dont legally have to have any warning at all.

I am pretty sure that they do have to be marked, thats why they had to make speed cameras fluorescent. It just pisses me off because if it was unmarked it was for revenue! I never got a ricket in my old stilo! maybe its the boy racer lookin abarth that has got me! victimization!

Sorry to be a geek but floresecent speed cameras - i.e. those with reflective strips simply mean that the fines earned from them go to the government whilst those which are grey or another colour mean that the fines go to the local authority.

I found that out through fifth gear though I've never seen any grey cameras.

There is one near where i live, but it has never flashed anybody, afaik
