(G) cd player

Hi, first thread i have posted. Problem, my cd player is stuck on pause, and with not having the book, i cannot play my cd. Also, i can only access part of the menue. I have not long had the car, and i was wanting to set the right time, but it will only let me go far. The chap i bought from said he had disabled part of the menue, and i forget how explained it to me. Please "help", {dumb blond}
