The man is an absolute menace to both UK drivers and also the Wales Tourist Board who have had letters from people telling them that they'd love to go to Wales, but won't due to his attitude to drivers. He likes to compare people who do 2MPH over the limit to 'knife-wielding criminals' and other assorted guff. Have a look at www.abd.org.uk - the Association of British Drivers for much info on said ****.
