(G) black / silver front grill exchange

Would anyone possibly be interested in swapping their standard black Stilo grill (with the fiat badge still on) for my silver one?

Thats just the standard grill sprayed siver ..and to be honest looks better than it does in black .. 5dr bumpers on another 3dr .. seems to be getting a popular mod lately

Yes you are right it is a 5 door bumper on my 3 door model. Check out the link below and it will explain why.

However, I have managed to acquire a shumi front bumper and am waiting for it to be fitted in the next week or so (just waiting for the mesh clips to be posted from the dealer as they lost them and had to be ordered seperately). I am sticking with the black mesh provided with the shumi bumper (in the lower vents at the bottom). I want the black grill to match with this mesh and i think along with the shumi bumper it will give the car more definition at the front. I was thinking of putting in the new silver stilo facelifted front grill but i have changed my mind as i'm not sure that will give the car such an aggressive looking stance at the front. Here is a picture of what the finished job shoud look like....with someone who has an identical car to mine but has already had the shumi bumper fitted:

This is how i bought the car with the vent sprayed silver it seems like a professional job. Have you seen someone else with a 3 door model with a 5 door bumper fitted then PNL?

mine has the plain black grille, and i am rather interested in a swap, but im not very good at swapping grilles over

where abouts is it that you live if you dont mind me asking?

oh, and the grille deffo will fit a 3dr car wont it as the front bumpers off the 5dr?

I have never removed a front grill either. there is a guide on here and it appears to be a fit fiddly and most dont seem to be able to remove it without breaking something!

I am up for swapping but the trouble is I don't know if it would be worth it in petrol and time for either of us travelling too far to swap grills over? I live in North Hertfordshire very close to Junction 9 on the A1 which appears to be quite a long way away from you in North Yorkshire...even half way.

As far as i know it is exactly the same grill..unless anyone can correct me on this? - good point might be best to make sure of this first!

I've got one knocking around from when i fitted badgless Mattig grill.
From memory it is in very good condition as it was fitted new after i had a front end shunt.
Your welcome to buy it, a silver one is no use to me though... make me an offer via pm!!!

If i go to any meets then yes definately....also i will be willing to sell my front silver grill cheap if i can get hold of a black one...im just going to PM minimad and see how much he wants for his one.

I will also have the exisiting silver five door front bumper up for grabs in the next couple of weeks if anyone is interested...

Just to 'bump' this up to the top again...i have now had the schumi bumper fitted today and it looks beautiful !!! pics to follow
