(G) reverse parking sensor

Hi peeps,

does anyone know the dimensions of the reverse parking sensor (in the brio catalogue), im considering getting one but dont want it to look like a car battery strapped to my back bumper! also how does it work, does it beep at you? do you have to wire it in somewhere? is it battery powered? sorry if these questions sound stupid!

Dunno about the size mate most reversing sensors are inside the rear bumper but im not sure about 'after market' ones even from the dealer.
Id imagine it will have to be connected into the car wiring somehow as they do beep when you are reversing and the tone alters as you get closer to an object.
This is about as much as i kow on the subject as im not lucky enough to have one :(

The reversing sensor for the stilo is just two little circles which go into holes drilled into the bumber. The other sensor kit which is universal sits each side of your number plate, and sticks out about 10mm

I didn;t know you got a universal kit, Wish I'd known yesterday when I reversed into a wall [:(!]. I've decided (if she lets me) to mount a small Camera in the top of the back window and a small LCD in beside the Ash tray (I don't smoke and it's too small for keeping change in). Voila reversing camera..
