Custom undertray?

My '03 1.2 has no undertray, not sure if it should, but it's obviously there for a reason on most Stilos, so I'm thinking about trying to source one. My other idea though, is could one be custom made from checker-plate or a similar material?

Re: Custom undertray?

What's that then. I want to use some kind of metal to protect the sump etc, as there's no sump guard available for the Stilo.

Re: Custom undertray?

Not sure about the 1.2 but on the JTD a large part of the chassis is lower than the sump anyway

...of course if you're thinking of taking a boulder head on

Macrilon [sp] is a form of shater proof plasic that when heated can be formed its very light and should do the job well ..dont know were you would get it tho as I never went into it in great depth with him
