 BHP Increase via Mod/Chip and Fuel saving Hi, everyone- first post, just came a across a little chip, which apparently increase BHP of your when installed, is there any truth to this, also does this affect fuel consumption. Secondly, found a device which when installed, makes car fuel efficient, is this also true, would appreicate some feedback.
