Just to clarify WHY they are not being made ..Old school has spent thousands of pounds on raw silicon and other things so that he can set up production of the induction tubes him self as his previous supplier of the tubes was so unreliable .. he is awaiting a porter cabin and a kiln [both paid for ]and they have still NOT been delivered and are weeks behind delivery ..subsequently every thing with the production of the tubes has come to a stand still so its NOT his fault BLAME his damn suppliers I am sick and tired of seeing Oldschool taking flake over this when its NOT his fault and while I am on this subject he has now developed a variator that does not ware out as one main part of the internals has been re-engineered in bronze if you need one then contact him as he has a limited number in stock [these are exchange]

Hmmm, did you read a different post to the one above

I can't see any flake [or flak ] being given to Oldschool above - the OP was only pointing out that he still wants one, but can't get hold of them yet.

Re: gsr induction kits

If anyone wants to give me a flake feel free.....I particularly like the snow version as advertised by Anthea Turner some time ago

Does the gsr kit make the cars any noisier? I remember fitting a K&N to my Marea 20v.....then taking it back off and re-selling it at a profit because it was just too noisy for everyday use.

All according what you call noisey and the amount of gas you give it on the 1.6 it gives you an extra 13hp and that s a lot from an induction believe me so its a gift at the price

Stilo Andy as a gesture of good will I will let you have my induction tube but you will have to ask Oldschool for a new filter I will constuct some thing temp until I can get it replaced ..cant be fairer than that can I

Contact Old school for a price .. my tube is blue... and I will make you a new bracket for it as well and if you are in my area at all I will also fit it for you

What's a variator?

Howdy morty hows you doing well what a variator does is varies the timing to the inlet camshaft on the stilo internal parts ware out due to ware and tare and poor quality build so those parts have been replaced with a better quality material [Bronze] so the life of the variator is massively extended they fit the 1.8/2.4/JTD and thank heavens not the 1.6
