Stilo - air filter

Hi There -

Just going to do my first service on the stilo but have not got a maintenance book at the moment. Wonder if anyone could tell me the easiest way to change the air filter, or better still - where can I find it.

Another question I hope someone can help with is - where is the cheapest place now to get the coil packs. Mine have not gone yet, but would like to have them ready as the milage is now at 36,000.

Thanks for looking

Re: Stilo - air filter

i have just had to buy new coil packs and the cheaapes i found was £47 from my local motor spares. and the air filter is underneath the battery box and the easyest way to it is from underneth the car and undoing the two clips at either side of the air box.

Re: Stilo - air filter

Take a look at www.shop4parts.co.uk for coils.

I am about to order 2 more for my 2.4, although the last two I purchased from my dealership. They were cheaper than £47 though...

Re: Stilo - air filter

Many thanks Guys for your info, will tackle the air filter tomorrow.

Nice one on the coil packs, will give them a ring tomorrow.

I have ordered a new service manual on CD from EBay which was supposed to be here by now. No doubt it will turn up after I have done the work.

Once again thanks for your help.
