JTD ECU REMAPPING

Has anyone had their JTD 115 ECU re-mapped?

http://www.angeltuning.co.uk

They say they can get 160 -170bhp &an extra 60lb torque for £325

Nige, one thing I've often wondered is are the standard brakes and suspension up to the power hike? Or would they need upgrading?

They are up to it, but obviously upgraded brakes are better. We can do the whol job as a package if you were interested.

As I've said before, I'd love to... one day! LOL

Thing is I'm insured with Directline and as I'm under 25 they won't let me mod my car, at all:(

They wouldn't even let me add the fiat sideskirts[:(!]

What brakes do you go for anyway?

It is standard 80bhp, now it's 112 with a K&N panel filter as well. But it's the torque :D increase I notice most.
If you can't get a remap get one of these.
EDIT Been averaging 51mpg these last few days with longer than usual journeys.

Nige, 175bhp, thats awesome, does the power delivery low down remain good 'n smooth, or does it end up a little peaky?

Also, I've heard you mention before a 3000rpm prob other tuners experience, what is this?
