| boot warning lamp stays on-boot closed has anyone had this problem?. warning sounds and 'door' symbol appears after start up. Stays on all the time engine is running. Is it a sensor? or something more sinister.

| Glutton for Punishment  | Re: boot warning lamp stays on-boot closed There is no boot closed pin on the Stilo, it's all integrated into the boot striker. It's one of two problems; bad adjustment or faulty switch. I had this with mine a while back, it was because the boot wasn't closing in far enough. Adjusting the striker on the cars body and lowering it meant that the boot closed tighter and the fault went away.
