(T) Strange feeling ( or knock) from under clutch and brake pedals

Hi guys,

This is a strange one. If I go quickly into a roundabout and then throttle around it, I can feel something move, or a slight knock from under my pedals. This is the only way I can describe it. It only happens if I'm a boy racer (not very often). Can anybody help me with this?

Its the brake pedal bar,nothing to worry about but can be annoying.I normally fit a 'U' shaped foam pad around the bar to stop it knocking at its support to the right of pedals.

Thanks for that. Are you sure thats what it is? It feels like something is gona come off (maybe). It's as if something is moving. When I go round a roundabout, I'm sure I feel something slide (not the car) lol. Maybe me going bonkers. The car brakes fine though.

T14 is correct we have been aware of this little niggle for quite some time all I do is turn my hearing aid down.. or you could in your case turn up the radio

I've hit bends so hard I've nearly lost the front end but no strange noises from the brake pedal bar on mine

But isnt that where you stick your chewy gum

Grab the bar & move it left to right then.

I've noticed it too, but not all the time. Turning corners and then going onto the loud pedal does it. Can't say I've been bothered enough to look into it, as everything works ok.
