1.6 Remap from Angel = Happy Days

I have had my 1.6 Stilo Remaped by Nige at Angel tuning today and I am very happy with both the results and the service.

Nige turned up bang on time and remaped both my Stilo and my Mrs Punto.

Its been like a breath of fresh air driving the Yellow Wonder tonight,a bit more power all the way through the rev range and more torque when at lower revs.

Its given my car more punch from a standing start and made it feel a bit more lively.

1.6 owners go get this done and set free those extra few horses hiding under the bonnet, you will notice the difference.

nice one mate! I know in most petrol varients we don't get the same sort of gains as turbo diesels or turbo cars in general. But from my own experience the difference is noticable and puts that smiles back on my face, glad your happy with your map mate

I think the 1.6 is a new release because they had a few problems trying to remap it before, when did you ring them?

They reckon i will only get 9BHP more out of my little 1.4. As standard it sits at 95BHP. Would i even notice any differance?

Thumbs up Re: 1.6 Remap from Angel = Happy Days

Definitely!

I have been bugging Nige at Angel since I purchased my Stilo in June 03, it's only in December 06 that they got the hardware capable of doing our beloved 1.6s, but now he's invested in the equipment, it means you guys can all have an extra 10-12% power gain for little outlay.

Give them a call.............................................. .
