Question poorly stilo 1.6 dynamic 52 reg

beep beep beep the little yellow lights on again. this time its the injector, last time it was the ecu the time b4 that it was map sensor and yep u guessed a coil. the time b4 that it was the lamba sensor. ddddose this always happen with stilos ,were are the injectors

I guess injectors are at the cilinders, one at each, right?

ecu problems stilo 16 52 reg

if i disconnect the battrie will it re set the ecu and how long does it need to be of for?

Disconnecting the battery won't really help. If there's a persistent fault, it won't clear. If it's a one-time fault, I believe that starting the car a few times should clear it.

Why do you need to reset it? Maybe I can help

be having big probles with it, had new ecu fitted start of dec,engine falt come on last week came back as number 1 injector, had new one fitted today still runs like a dog but with 11 engine falts logged on ecu.

Well I doubt ECU reset would cure that?!

Did FIAT fit it or did you get it from a breakers yard?

Ah well then you're sorted, kinda!

They'll need to Proxi-align it, but faults like that sound more like wiring faults than anything. One assumes they did fit a new Engine Node (ECU) as opposed to a Body Computer??

was told ecu because when it first went in to garage in dec check came back as throttle something(cant remember the name of part) garage fitted a new throttle thing but could not get it going.so they sent it to fiat, after two days fiat said it was the ecu fitted every things been fine till last.wots the diffrence between an ecu and a body computer?
